29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. At a temporally worksite located at 736 Spring Haven Drive, in Saint Johns, Florida: On or about July 24, 2023, the employer exposed employees to head injuries, in that protective helmets (hard hats) were not utilized by employees while picking up debris around the home and passing material to the employees at the roof level.
