29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 100 Village Walk, Guilford CT: On or about July 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the workers exposed to an unprotected edge more than 19 feet above the lower level were protected from falling while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) roofing activities on a high slope roof.
