29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. Employees were engaged in manufacturing activities at a facility located at 920 19th Street East, Columbus, NE 68601 and were exposed to amputation hazards in that employees who operate machinery, routinely reach into the operating machines.
