29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the work site, 605 East Main Street, Palmyra NY, 14522 - On the roof. On or about 7/14/2023, employees were installing roofing material on an estimated 7:12 pitch roof, with a ground to eave height of approximately 14 feet without the use of any fall protection.
