29 CFR 1910.23(c)(8): The employer did not ensure that the cap (if equipped) and top step of a stepladder that are not used as steps. (a) Second Processing - On or about July 14, 2023, the employer allowed sanitation employees to use the top rung and cap of a portable fiberglass step ladder, exposing the employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 9 feet to the concrete below.
