29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a)Core Framing, LLC at 5501 - 5503 South Huntwood Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to July 13, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure an accident prevention program was developed and implemented for the work environment to include regular inspections of the jobsite, materials, and equipment; conducted by a competent person. Employees were exposed to various fall hazards involving the roof, interior open-sided floors, unguarded window openings, stairwells, scaffolding hazards, inadequate use of a stepladder, and hazards associated with the use of a telehandler while conducting residential framing activities. This condition exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards. .
