29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On and/or before July 11, 2023, the employer used extension cords and surge protectors to power various pieces of equipment. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). In the following locations: a)Laundry room two extension cords were spliced together and one end terminated in an outlet box. The outlet box was powering an Amana air conditioner unit. b) Lobby storage room had an extension cord plugged into a surge protector to power a microwave and coffee maker.
