29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Location - Storage Area: On or about 07/12/2023, the employer did not maintain the minimum width requirement for an exit route at all points, as an object projected into the exit route. Trader Joes was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634917, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3745 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago, IL.
