OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to laceration and amputation hazards. a) For the Total Nutrition Technology manufacturing site, 154 Park Center Street Leesburg, Florida, on or about 07/05/2023, the employer exposed employees to potential caught in-between and/or amputation hazards, in that, the emergency stop on the 136 VB5-Blender machine was in operable.
