29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: HK Cooperative DBA J.H. Routh Packaging Co. on or about June 29, 2023, at the address of 4413 Bogart Rd, Sandusky, OH: The employer failed to develop, document, and utilize energy control procedure to control potentially hazardous energy for the Harvest Floor "gut truck auger". Employees who interact with this equipment were exposed to caught in hazards due to uncontrolled energy sources.
