29 CFR 1910.165(d)(1): Employee alarm systems were not maintained in operating condition: On or about June 27, 2023, the alarm system in Area 400 of the facility, including degas, was bypassed due to construction in a different part of Area 400. A fire occurred on degas line 3-2, and employees were not immediately informed to evacuate.
