29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At a job site located at 701 N Devasher Rd Warrensburg, MO; employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in a new roof installation were working at heights above 6 feet from the lower level with no form of fall protection.
