29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about June 28, 2023, inside a residential structure located at 23094 Bel Conto Road in Boca Raton, Florida, employees preforming roof work gaining access to the second floor of the structure were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet when utilizing an interior staircase that was not equipment with a stair rail at the open edge.
