29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) In the Reclamation Area, on or about June 22, 2023 - The employer did not ensure protective equipment such as, but not limited to chemical resistant suit, face shields, and goggles was used when necessary. Employees are exposed to Znyth Batter Electrolyte containing Zinc Bromide, a corrosive, during reclamation operations.
