29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Lot #83 Farmer Circle, South Elgin, Illinois 60177 - On or about June 23, 2023, working at heights were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet. The employees were installing sheathing without the use of fall protection. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
