Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: 27 Church Lane, Scarsdale - NY: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below framing activities. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about, June 21st, 2023. Highridge Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415013, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 9th, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Forbes Blvd. in Eastchester, NY.
