On or about June 22, 2023, 200 Braddock Avenue, East Pittsburgh PA 15122, electrical cable in the rear of the facility was not free and clear of obstructions in aisle and passageways. Employees that are authorized to access the rear of the facility in building 200 are exposed to tripping hazards from electrical cords.
