29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On or about June 14, 2023, in the Machine Shop, employees were exposed to disorderly and unsanitary walking-working surfaces from improperly stored extension cords, cables, fabricated metal tools, and excessive trash.
