29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) Jobsite: 290 Chambers Road, Toughkenamon, PA 19374 - Bay 3H Rack 3H2-29A- On or about June 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the racks were secure and in good working condition as to not permit the pallets from sliding. A fruit pallet was stored on a damaged rack, leaning outwards, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
