OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by or crushing hazards when operating a motor vehicle without the use of a restraint device . (a) Terminal 6 Berth 607 - M/V Viking Bravery - On or about June 14, 2023 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure all employees operating motor vehicles, during longshoring operations, were wearing restraint devices.
