29 CFR 1910.219(m)(2)(i): Expanded metal, sheet or perforated metal, and wire mesh was not securely fastened to frame. On or about June 2, 2023, an employee was exposed to amputation hazards from the Overpressor Screw #370/Drainer Screw in the Cooker Room, while shoveling material from the mezzanine/floor back into the screw and while climbing over the screw via the guarded section to access the mezzanine/floor area on the other side of the screw because the guard could become dislodged by product and was not securely fastened to the frame.
