OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. The employer did not furnish the place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death. The employer failed to protect employees from vehicle struck-by / back over hazards. On or about June 8, 2023, at the worksite located at 211 SE Hamblen Road in Lees Summit, Missouri, employees worked near heavy equipment such as over-the-road semi tractor trailers at the facility yard. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and/or back over hazards.
