OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment that were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when employees were exposed to burn hazards. Drum AC line: On or about June 8, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to burn hazards when working near a liquid asphalt tanker without the pipes being protected or insulated to prevent skin contact.
