29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) Between 180-2 and 180-3 Machines; On or about June 7, 2023 and at times prior, employees are exposed to trip hazards, in that totes are placed along the 180-3 machine across from the plexi-glass box for scrap plastic on the 180-2 machine creating 24 inches of walk space for employees.
