29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a.) At the jobsite located at 4143 Alabama Hwy 20, Trinity, AL: On or about 06/06/2023, the employer failed to frequently or regularly inspect the jobsite to protect employees and subcontractor's employees from fall hazards, when employees were working at heights between 30 and 45 feet while setting trusses and walking the ridge boards of the commercial structure being erected.
