OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees operated a lift truck without the use of an operator restraint system. (a) Production Area/Floor: On or about June 1, 2023, and times prior, an employee was exposed to struck by and crushing injuries while operating a Hyster H50XM Liquid Propane (LP) Forklift without the use of the installed seatbelt.
