29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about June 5, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and tripping hazards when working in the Cab Shop and the employer had not ensured walking-working surface accumulations of wood dust were not allowed to accumulate on the floor.
