29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):The dispensing units shall be protected against collision damage. a) On or about 06/02/2023, at the Seneca Park Zoo (Main Entry Plaza), located at 2222 St. Paul Street, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce safety precautions such as, installing bollards or concrete barriers to protect a 320 gallon diesel dispensing tank from potential collision damage. Employees were allowed to drive and park in close proximity of an unprotected dispensing tank. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
