OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from crushed by/struck by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about June 1, 2023, at 9400 Northwest 104th Street, Medley, Fl 33178, an employee was exposed to crushed by/struck by hazards from loads such as but not limited to 1,823-pound pallets of plywood that fall out when the container doors are opened.
