29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about May 31, 2023, at 6231 Lake Ospry Dr., Sarasota, FL., Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet, in that fall protection was not being used while performing roofing operations on a commercial structure.
