29 CFR 1926.251(c)(7): Sling legs shall not be kinked: (a)Henry Carlson Construction, LLC at 1508 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105: On or about and at times prior to May 25, 2023, the controlling employer did not ensure that the sling legs were free from kinks on the 1/2-inch diameter, four-legged wire rope bridle sling rigging used for hoisting personnel. This condition exposed employees and subcontracted employees to fall, crushing and struck-by hazards.
