29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at Site 121, Courtyards at Belulah Park, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about May 25, 2023, the employer failed to initiate and maintain health and safety programs to prevent accidents on residential construction sites related to common hazards, including fall hazards. Angel Daniel Andrade Cardona was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531508, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10326 Tipperary Drive, Lot 16, Plain City, OH 43064.
