29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) 1500 S. Hancock Avenue, Dover, DE 19901: On about 5/24/2023, employees worked on site to conduct framing operations and were exposed to multiple hazards including but not limited to falls, burns, and struck by hazards which had not been identified due to a lack of programs that provided for frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person. Major Builders also known Paulo Braz , and Blue ladder Builders Inc. as was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b) (2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551869, citation number 01001, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/8/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
