29 CFR 1926.761(b):The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: A) 900 Rt 1 North Edison, NJ 08817 The employer did not ensure each employee is provided adequate fall protection training. An employee setting and erecting steel was wearing a body harness without the leg straps engaged. The employee was exposed to a fall height of 37'3'' to the ground level below.
