29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: On or about May 18, 2023, employees working down in the basement near the stairs entry way are exposed to slips, trips, and fall hazards when working around the staircase and sweeping the sand. The employer had not taken necessary steps to keep the area in a clean and orderly condition.
