29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(1): The quantity of liquid that was located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 25 gallons of Class IA liquids in containers. a) Production floor - On or about May 11, 2023, the quantity of Class IA flammable liquid, to include Magnaflux Spotcheck SKD-S2, stored outside of an approved storage cabinet exceeded 25 gallons. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
