29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Behind the Oven Rollup System Machine area, East Wall: on or about May 5, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn and smoke inhalation hazards, in that an emergency exit door was not able to be opened from the inside by one motion action in case of a fire.
