1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the worksite, 54 West Genesee Street, Camillus, NY 13031. On or about May 8, 2023, employees were engaged in commercial framing construction on a walking/working surface, approximately 11 feet above the next lower level. The employer failed to ensure the employees were protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
