29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: a) Kismet GPI, LLC: On or about May 2, 2023 and times prior, employees were exposed to stuck by hazards while operating the 8 inch Bench Grinder to perform operations including, but not limited to, grinding metal. The tongue guard on the equipment was not set properly on the wheel.
