29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee in a hoist area is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by one of the systems listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i)(A)-(C): On or about March 6, 2023, employees retrieving skids of filters on the mezzanine level were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of fall protection systems being utilized when the hoist area gate was open.
