29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide as required and/or where there was only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access: (a) On or about May 4, 2023 - exit access and exit discharge, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the exit discharge was impeded by two dumpsters from the receiving dock steps. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501569, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1707 East Houston Street, Cleveland, TX 77327.
