29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about May 2, 2023, employees performing residential roofing operations were not protected from a fall, expositing employees to a falls of 9- 25 feet. Adalberto Villegas Delgadillo DBA AVD Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503322, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1712 N. Washington St. Wheaton, IL 60187. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
