29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Main entrance, Stamped Fittings, Inc., 217 Lenox Ave., Elmira Heights, NY 14903, on or about 4/26/2023, employees were prevented from using the main exit door without the use of a key. The door was locked and a key was inserted into the lock requiring it to be used to exit the building.
