29 CFR 1910.94(a)(3)(i)(c): Before the enclosure is opened, the blast shall be turned off and the exhaust system shall be run for a sufficient period of time to remove the dusty air within the enclosure: (a) On or about 04/24/2023 - Sand Blast Booth Area, enclosure two, door limit switches were inoperable exposing employees to dusty air hazards during blasting operation.
