29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) On or about April 24, 2023, where employees worked with and around machinery including, but not limited to Roll Presses, Stocker Units, and Notching and Dryer Machines, the employer did not ensure that periodic inspections of energy control procedures were conducted.
