OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the use of a lifting hook without a safety latch: a) 354 Sherwood Hill Rd., Harford, PA - Employees working in the vicinity of the John Deere 225D hydraulic excavator utilizing a Crosby lifting hook without a safety latch were exposed to struck by hazards from falling objects, on or about April 14, 2023.
