29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(D): Information pertaining to equipment in the process did not include relief system design and design basis: a) On or about 4/5/2023, Roof Condensers, Information pertaining to the use of pressure cut-out devices in lieu of pressure relief valves did not include relief system design and design basis. b) On or about 4/5/2023, Cellar K, K-Hops cooler, Information pertaining to the use of regulators in lieu of pressure relief valves did not include relief system design and design basis. c) On or about 4/5/2023, Throughout the Anhydrous Ammonia refrigeration system, the employer had not calculated for the pressure relief devices to release back into the low side of the system. Abatement documentation is required for these items.
