29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Employer work practices were not used to protect employees against contact with energized parts directly with any part of their body or indirectly through some other conductive object. a) At the jobsite, on or about April 14, 2023, at Nurse Station 146, where a licensed electrician employee, while engaged in commissioning tasks, encountered energized circuit parts either directly or indirectly.
