29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employees in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: At concrete pour site, next to road: Employees were using their bare hands and/or cotton gloves while working with Portland cement. Employees were exposed to chemical absorption hazards. Paramount Builders, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1340745, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Malaeimi Village.
