29 CFR 1910.272(e)(2): Employees assigned special tasks in the grain handling facility, such as bin entry, were not provided training to perform these tasks safety: (a) Cedar Head, LLC, 715 Enterprise Road, Colquitt, Georgia; at the grain elevator bins, on or about April 11, 2023, the employer exposed employees to engulfment hazards from stored grain, in that the employer did not provide training with regards to safely entering the bin.
